Welcome to Atitlán Pottery. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, studio facilities, classes, memberships, events, and services. By booking a class, purchasing a membership or gift card, or entering our studio, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
General Conditions
Pottery Atitlán provides ceramic classes, workshops, open studio sessions, memberships, and private events. Participation in any activity is voluntary and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to deny service to any individual who fails to comply with studio policies or behaves in a manner that disrupts the safety, respect, or operation of the studio.
Studio Hours
Open Studio hours are:
Monday to Saturday
10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Access outside these hours is not permitted unless explicitly authorized.
Membership Conditions

Memberships are intended for individuals with prior ceramic experience who can work independently.

Memberships include access to the studio during regular open hours and a defined amount of white or red clay.

Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered individual.

Access to the studio is subject to capacity availability.
Additional services:

Firing services: Q20 per piece

Glazing services: Q15 per piece
Pottery Atitlán reserves the right to suspend or revoke a membership if studio rules are not respected.
Classes, Events, and Gift Cards

All classes and events are subject to availability and capacity limits.

Advance booking may be required.

Gift cards are non-refundable and may be used toward any available experience, subject to availability.

Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Payments and Refunds
All payments made through the website are processed by third-party payment providers. Pottery Atitlán does not store credit card information.
Refunds, rescheduling, or cancellations may be subject to specific policies communicated at the time of booking.
Responsibility and Liability
Participants assume full responsibility for their actions while using the studio facilities, tools, and equipment. Pottery Atitlán is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
Participation in ceramic activities involves inherent risks, and by entering the studio, participants accept these risks.
Changes to Terms
Pottery Atitlán may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
